Guardian of the Key (A children's book for ages 8, 9, 10, 11, 12)

9-year-old Poppy and her 13-year-old sister Lily had only ever known the hustle and bustle of London. Growing up in the city, theirs was a world of streetlights, department stores and mazy underground trains.

However, that all changed when their father received a too-good-to-refuse job offer from a firm the Suffolk countryside. A world away from friends and familiarity, the two young girls could be forgiven for assuming they had traded fun for practicality.

On the contrary, they soon discovered that adventure often lay around the very first turn of a winding forest pathway, and they quickly became involved in a plot that would not only stretch the limits of their beliefs, but saddle them with a responsibility quite extraordinary!
