Everything this fruit has to offer is conserved and enhanced in this exquisite homemade jam, made in the traditional way, the same way our grandmothers used to make them. We want to preserve all of the aroma and goodness of the fruit, thus we cook our jams at a lower temperature, between 45 and 60 degrees, and in a vacuum environment. This is why it takes hours - and this makes the difference. Our traditionally prepared jams usually offer a fruit content somewhere between 60 and 80 percent. This fruit butter brings you everything the land has to offer, for it is a mirror that reflects the best it has, with a soul preserved by a touch of mastery.
