The Gold Tone Plectrum Special 250 (PS-250) represents the staple of our 4-string plectrum banjo line. Tuned DGBD, the PS-250 provides exceptional tone and exquisite looks. All the same features as Gold Tone’s TS-250 and BG-250F, this banjo provides the exact amount of punch and sustain 4-string banjo players seek. With a standard 5-string scale length, bell brass tone ring, one-piece flange, 14” resonator, maple neck and rim, rosewood fingerboard with hearts and flower inlay, the PS-250 is of vintage design with a great penetrating tone. With a complete setup at the Gold Tone Factory in Florida, this professional instrument is a welcome addition to all four string players.
