The Glas-Col 099A PV624 Touch Vortexer is a vortex mixer (shaker) with variable speed of 400 to 2,500rpm for gentle shaking to rapid vortexing of samples, and can be operated by touch or in continuous mode. This mixer has a cup head to accept a test tube up to 1" in diameter. Its permanent-magnet, filtered DC motor produces constant power, and its rubber feet provide stability and help absorb vibration. Vortex shakers are commonly used in laboratories to mix liquids.
