Historically accurate reproduction of a 1958 Gibson Explorer, mahogany replacing the original korina for the body and neck. It's built to 1958 V specs, but with a one-piece genuine mahogany body and Genuine Mahogany neck. Historically correct specs include 1958 banjo frets, long studs and anchors, short pot/Bumblebee capacitors, 1958 neck dimensions with 14-degree headstock angle, and a Custom Historic thin ebony nitrocellulose lacquer finish. Comes with Gibson hardshell case and Limited Lifetime Warranty
