The pizza oven brush is a most useful tool as your pizza oven requires a bit of maintenance. Our pizza oven brushes are made with sturdy blue aluminum handles and brass bristles. This pizza oven brush head is adjustable (swivel the brush head on the screw so that the brush head is flush with the handle (see image) or perpendicular to it. Our brushes enable quick, effective cleaning of refractory stone from food residues, the flour left by pizza in the oven (unless perforated GHA peels are used, which do not require it) and ash. The brass bristle are of the highest quality. You can also purchase replacement bristles when you need too.
