Our new patent pending design uses a military grade nylon plastic with fiber reinforced material, which possess toughness, resiliency and a high compressive strength. We have incorporated specially designed epoxy bonding pillars (Bond Locking Technology), this allows the epoxy to flow and be distributed between the pillars resulting in an even dispersion. When the epoxy cures this will create durable strong bond adhering the shaft and extension together. We have also integrated reinforced outer rings, four inner wall ribs and the essential end stop, which works as a plug to help prevent the epoxy from flowing down the throat of the golf club shaft. When epoxy flows down the throat of the shaft and dries, it may come lose and therefore creating an annoying rattle in the shaft. This new extension will also allow for sanding if necessary to give a better fit when required.
