The sticks are flavorful and fun in mulled drinks and teas each cup with its own cinnamon swirler. You can also combine them with allspice, cloves and ginger to make your own mulling spice. Also known as Saigon cinnamon, this prized cinnamon (Cinnamomum loureirii) was absent from the international market for more than 20 years due to the Vietnam War.
