The Forney 55679 Ice auto-darkening welding helmet has variable shades # 9 - 13. The helmet has a large viewing area and four optical sensors. Outside mounted shade selecor knob and sensitivity adjustment. Internal welding and grinding switch, delay switch (short, middle and long) and battery/shade test control. UV/IR protection with up to shade DIN 16 continuous. Light state shade is DIN 4; variable shade DIN 9 to DIN 13. Power supply is solar cells with built in replaceable 3V lithium batteries.
