The Starter Kit includes the two essential filters to any filter collection, the 0.6 Soft Edge Graduated ND (2 Stops) and the 0.9 Soft Edge Graduated ND (3 Stops). Balancing the bright luminance of the sky to the more subtle hues of the terrain is best accomplished using the 0.9 Soft Edge Graduated ND. Also included is Formatt-Hitech's top of the line 85mm aluminum holder system and 77mm adapter ring. This modular holder system allows for stacking up to three rectangular filters, including one glass filter. Plus using the optional adapter ring, you can fit a circular polarizer.
