FoodKing 2 pc Orange or Citrus Peeler
Depending on the size of the fruit, you can choose how many segments you'd like to cut.For lemons and limes, four cuts or less is generally sufficient. For oranges and grapefruit you'll have to gauge it once you get used to using it.
Advantages
Small compact and light - travel friendly
Finger hole allows for a good grip
Keeps the outer layer of fruit flesh
Blade cuts just deep enough
Perfect addition to any kitchen
Saves your fingers! Peeling by hand can be messy, hard on your skin and gives you smelly hands
How to Use
Step 1:
It's best to cut the fruit from the very top (stem) to the bottom (plug or knob). Insert the peeler into the top as close to the stem attachment as possible and push it in as far as it will go.
Step 2:
Use your index finger or thumb to push inwards and downwards until you complete the cut right to the bottom apex of the fruit.
Step 3:
Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you have the desired number of cuts to be able to remove the skin (see above).
Step 4:
Use the sharp edged tail of the peeler or your finger to peel back the skin.
