This is the 11th edition of the AAFCS Nutrition, Health, and Food Management Division's landmark reference book, published since 1946. This edition includes previous contributions by Diane McComber, Rachel Schemmel, Nancy Lewis, and Janice Harte. For this edition, Carolyn Bedner provided current information on the USDA dietary guidelines, MyPyramid.gov, labeling laws, and foodborne illnesses, as well as updates to the resource list.
