Fluke N4K 1PP42 Norma 4000 1 Phase High Precision Power Analyzer with PP42 Channel, 0.2% Accuracy, 0.3V to 1000V, 10 A Current Range
The Fluke Norma 4000 1-Phase High Precision Power Analyzer is designed for engineers to test and develop power electronics such as electric motors, inverter drive systems, lighting systems, power supplies, automotive components, and transformers. This configuration has one power phase channel, available in a choice of range, sampling rate, and other specifications. The analyzer measures single-phase or three-phase current and voltage, analyzes harmonics and Fast Fourier Transformation (FFT), and calculates power and other derived values. The analyzer has 341 kHz or 1 MHz sample rates for detailed signal analysis, and the average time is user-selectable (from 15 milliseconds to 3,600 seconds). For detailed specifications, including measured values and channel details, refer to the Fluke Norma 4000/5000 datasheet.
The analyzer has a 5.7" color display, with user-selectable background lighting and contrast, and can download data by RS-232 or USB connection (cable sold separately). IEEE488/Ethernet connection (IFC2) is also available in FLUKE-N4K 1PP54I. PC software (included) facilitates setup, data download, analysis, and report writing. The analyzer has 4 MB memory for storage of measured values. Inputs are galvanically isolated to avoid short circuits in all applications. The analyzer complies with European Union (EN) 61010-1 2nd Edition 1000 V Category II (600V Category III), Pollution Degree 2, Safety Class I. Industrial power meters are commonly used to test and evaluate power systems.

Industrial power meters measure electrical properties such as voltage, current, power, and energy to monitor the efficiency and performance of a power system. They are used for designing, installing, and maintaining industrial, commercial, and residential power supply systems. More advanced models have features for comparing and recording multiple measurements taken at different times and in different areas.
Fluke Corporation manufactures electrical testing tools and software for industrial and commercial applications. The company, founded in 1948, is headquartered in Everett, WA.
