Flairosol Reusable 10 oz. Spray Bottle

Flairosol is a propellant free airless spray package with an aerosol-quality spray. It consists of a mechanical trigger operated dispenser with a double-layered plastic bottle. It is airless and non-pressurized with no use of propellant gases. It requires no special filling, storage or transport resulting in lower supply chain cost. The reusable dispenser with replacement bottle allows for 98% evacuation of product. It dispenses 1.25 cc per 1 second of spray. Multiple pulls equals a continuous spray. The spray ends abruptly meaning there are no drips or leaks (pre-compression). Bottle volume is 10 oz. Neck finish is Bayonet, 4-lug. The trigger is long enough for two finger to easy grip it. Bottle has any inner layer made of polypropylene and an outer layer made of PET. The dispenser shroud and trigger are made of polypropylene. Materials in contact with the liquid are PP, PE, rubber and stainless steel. Works with aqueous and alcohol based formulations (subject to testing). It will not work for high viscosities, solvent-based products and formulations that dry quickly.
