This high-quality silicone mold lets you easily create a beautiful large 11" long 1/4" thick rope for decorating your cakes. The mold is soft and flexible, making it easy to fill with fondant or gum paste and remove the molded piece. After un-molding, dust with lustre or pearl dust or color as desired. Pop the molded fondant or gum paste out by gently holding the mold with your thumbs on top and fingers on the bottom of the mold and flexing it out and up. For deep or highly-detailed molds, place the filled mold into the refrigerator or freezer for 15 - 30 minutes to allow the fondant or gum paste to set firm and to make for easy de-molding NOTE: Cavity dimensions (where noted) are approximate and generally refer to the dimensions of the cavity opening; the product obtained from the mold may be smaller or larger than the dimensions noted, depending on the shape and style of the cavity.
