Firehouse Moustache Wax - Light Wax, 1 Ounce (FFP)
The wax is literally handmade, hand-poured and hand-tested by creator, Mississippi Fireman and Farrier, John Pitts. His manufacturing facility is a quaint country cabin. His inspiration to create this one of a kind wax, was due to his favorite wax going out of business. He couldn't find a good wax to replace it. He needed a wax to withstand the heat and humidity in Mississippi, as well as the damp and cold. So he decided to invent and create his own! Firehouse Moustache Wax offers three different types of waxes. None of the waxes contain dyes or fragrances. The color and scent all come naturally from the ingredients used. There is a Light Wax; this is more for the lighter shades of hair color (Gray, Blonde) ; a Dark Wax- for more medium shaded hair (Brownish-Reddish) ; then finally there is the customer favorite Wacky Tacky- this wax is best for darker shades of hair (Brown-Black) All waxes were specifically made to withstand all weather conditions. All three waxes are not limited to just moustaches and are for all facial hair; including beards, goatees, sideburns and even eyebrows. Please note the wax is not a paste/cream. This is a "real" wax and therefore is stiff...thus the excellent hold. The wax is not hard to apply but may take a little getting used to if you're not used to a real and stiff wax. How to Apply: PUSH (not scrape) wax up on the fingernail of your index finger, and then wipe it onto your thumb of the same hand. (Push like a bulldozer pushes up dirt.) Some customers prefer using different objects to push up the wax before putting on fingers. Find what works best for you. Rub the wax back and forth 2-3 times between your index finger and thumb. Then apply using your index finger. Or you can use both index finger and thumb if you're trying to handlebar or want more control of where the wax is applied. Make sure the wax is at room temperature or warmer.
