Field Notes

Field Notes is a zine that is inspired by nature journals using mixed media and is a supplement to my online class called Field notes available on: www.timssally.ning.com Field Notes encourages you to talk nature walks and to listen to the small sounds...notice the birds and creatures...and breathe in stillness to ground yourself before heading back into the studio to create. I encourage you to take your journal and camera outside and document what you see....what you hear. And by being still you are able to access your truest self.
