It is sturdy enough for supporting and stabilizing follow focus rig system with DSLR cameras.
Height of its plate can be adjusted by releasing and lock blue knob button from 50mm and 67mm.
With 2x 1/4" and 2x 3/8" holes at the bottom,which will be helpful to put a whole heavy follow focus system on a tripod for stablizing and safety.
