FAKRO Flashing Unit for Step Roofing ELW (for Egress FWU L/R Windows Only), 24 x 38 Inches

Designed for scale-like roofing materials, this ELW flashing unit is for use with FAKRO FWU egress windows measuring 24 x 38 inches. It can be used with flat roofing materials like shingles and plain-tile, double-lap roofing, slates, or tar boards. The side elements of the flashing are laid alternately with the roofing material (maximum tile thickness 1/3-inch). The flashing comprises an apron with PVC fillet glued to the underside, which permits an easy and safe connection to profiled roof coverings. A weep flap allows condensation to drain away from the window. This package includes top and bottom flashing elements as well as side modular elements. All FAKRO flashings are factory-made using aluminum and permanently protected with a polyester varnish.
