Welcome to the New World of Exercise Like The Animals, where people move like animals to rhymes that teach them about animals. It was made for and continues to be ideal for children who are three and four €“ mainly because they have the most still to learn about exercise and animals. Summer camps, families and gymnasiums full of kids of all ages still enjoy moving around pretending to be animals. With the help of my son, Max, we wrote the 26 rhymes you€ll read in this book. We expect you€ll be surprised by what you read and learn. More importantly, we hope you are inspired and motivated to get up and move. Wherever you are, be safe and mindful of your surroundings. Don€t crash! Unless told otherwise, stay on your feet. We all have personal spaces, keep to yours when you exercise. As a workout, these FUNctional exercises are the FUNdamental elements to future fitness success €“ whether your kid(s) want to be athletes, dancers or just have their own moves they need help to explore. Whether it€s one minute at a time per letter; grouped in your favorite birds or mammals; or categorized by continent or habitat, practice the exercise and practice the rhymes.
