Ethiopian Shouro Alicha
Light and deliciously seasoned, the mild chickpea legume blend is favored by all including children. Flavored with Sacred Basil and a variety of organic spices, garlic, ginger and more. After legumes are washed and sundried they are typically roasted over a clay griddle. Cooled over night they are then stone ground or cracked. Legumes are known to be nutritional high in fiber, calcium and iron and a good source of protein. Very Heart friendly!!
