User guide
a) Load disk: First connect the optical drive with a computer via its built-in USB cable. Then insert a disk into the slot and push it until the drive sucks it in, finally a new drive will display in the computer.
b) Unload disk: This drive has no ejection button. You can aim your mouse pointer at the new drive on your computer, right click the mouse and choose "eject", the disk will pop out.
c) As for some Mac computers, you can only find the drive in the computer until you put a disk into it.
d) If the drive doesn't display on the Mac computer, you may test the drive in a Windows OS computer. Please contact and let us know whether it can successfully function in the Windows OS computer. We will give you proper solutions according to your feedback.
