Trouble Shooting
-Could not get the drivers to load properly on my desktop after installing the hardware.
It comes with a CD, if it could be installed from the CD, please kindly down the files from the official website.

-Does not work in my XP computer
Please kindly know the XP system is supported, please kindly check and install properly.

-I thought that I had ordered PCI 300Mbps 300M 802.11b g n Wireless WiFi Card Adapter for Desktop PC Laptop, but this one arrived instead.
Please kindly know this is a PCI-E Wireless Adapter, not PCI.

-Keeps cutting out, to fix problem I have to shut down and reboot and then it works fine. This happens 4 to 5 times a day
The adapter might is incompatible with the computer, please kindly contact our customer service for help.

-Never worked, nor detected any wireless networks even with other devices physically located next to this one that discovered and operated very well on wireless network.
Please kindly check if the adapter was installed and connect properly.
