Enviroguard-ChemSplash-1-Standard-Coverall-Disposable-Elastic-Wrists-and-Open-Ankle-Yellow-XLarge-Case-of-12
This Enviroguard ChemSplash 1 standard coverall is a disposable single-piece protective garment made of a yellow microporous fabric with bound seams to help protect against hazardous chemical liquid splash. The breathable fabric wicks moisture away from skin and allows heat and moisture to escape for comfort. This coverall features elastic cuffs for a tight fit at the wrists, and a front zipper to facilitate donning. The zipper is covered with a sealable taped storm flap to reduce exposure. The seams have a reinforced outer binding to provide strength and prevent particulate generation. The collar adds more neck protection and a more professional appearance than collarless coveralls. This protective garment meets the ANSI/ISEA (American National Standards Institute/International Safety Equipment Association) 101-1996 standard, which provides requirements for the performance, size dimensions, labeling, and packaging of limited-use and disposable coveralls. The product meets ISO (International Organization for Standardization) Standard 6530 and EN Standard 368 for protection against liquid chemicals. It meets Category III criteria of Directive 89/686/EEC of the European Commission for personal protective equipment (PPE) that has a complex design and can be used to protect against harmful or life-threatening conditions. This coverall is a nonwoven, disposable protective clothing product that is intended for one-time use only. It is suitable for a variety of industrial environments.
Coveralls, also known as boilersuits, are single-piece protective garments with full length legs and sleeves. Coveralls come in a range of protection levels, from light-duty suits worn over street clothes to keep them clean while working, to heavy-duty hazmat suits that protect the wearer from toxic liquids, gases, and airborne particles. Less protective suits are made of breathable fabric, and can weigh less and feel less restrictive than heavy-duty suits. More protective suits are made of fabrics impervious to gases and water vapor, and include hoods, attached boot covers, taped seams, all features which can lead to discomfort or heat stress if worn for extended periods. Protective coveralls are commonly used in applications such as paint spraying, mold remediation, environmental cleanup, and fiberglass installation.
