Enerpac SP-35SP Lightweight Hydraulic Punch SP35S with PUD1100B Dump Pump
The Enerpac SP-35SP lightweight hydraulic punch set includes a single-acting spring return punch, an electric hydraulic pump with dump valve, and four round punch and die sets for punching holes, and is used in construction, manufacturing, and maintenance and repair applications. The hydraulic punch creates holes in metal more quickly than drilling. It can punch through materials up to 0.5" thick steel with a shear strength of up to A7 (St-37) steel and has a 35-ton capacity. The set also includes a hose, a coupler, and four punch and die sets for creating holes in a range of sizes. The Enerpac SP-35SP lightweight hydraulic punch set can also be used with round, oblong, or square punches and dies (sold separately), and it includes the SPK-10 tool kit for removing and installing punches and dies. The punch and pump have 3/8" National Pipe Taper (NPT) threaded input and output ports. A steel carrying case is included to organize and help protect the punch and components during transportation and storage.

Hydraulic pumps lift, bolt, or apply pressure to objects by pressurizing and moving hydraulic fluid. A hydraulic pump consists of a base, a reservoir that holds hydraulic fluid, and an operating mechanism, such as a handle or foot pedal, an electric motor, compressed air, or a gasoline engine. When the operating mechanism is activated, pressurized hydraulic fluid from the reservoir is delivered through an attached hose to a hydraulic cylinder. The pressurized hydraulic fluid in the cylinder lifts the cylinder€s piston, which in turn lifts the load. Hydraulic hand pumps are usually made of steel, or aluminum and nylon, and can be single-speed or two-speed. They are used in a wide range of applications, such as construction, manufacturing, and maintenance and repair applications in both industrial and home settings.
Enerpac manufactures industrial hydraulic equipment for lifting, workholding, and other applications, and provides integrated lifting solutions for bridge construction, mining, shipbuilding, and other industries. The company, founded in 1959, is headquartered in Menominee Falls, WI.
