Enerpac PUD-1300B Economy Electric Pump with 115 Volts
The Enerpac PUD-1300B two-speed hydraulic electric pump is for lifting, bolting, or applying pressure with a hydraulic cylinder (sold separately) at faster speeds and for longer periods of time than a hand pump in construction, manufacturing, and maintenance and repair applications. It can advance and release a single-acting cylinder or power a hydraulic tool, and it can hold a load. This two-speed pump requires fewer cycles to move a load than a similarly rated single-speed pump, increasing productivity. A non-adjustable internal pressure relief valve and an adjustable external pressure relief valve help protect the pump from overload. A thermal switch shuts down the motor when the oil temperature exceeds 150 degrees Fahrenheit (65 degrees Celsius). The pump can start under full load and is intended for intermittent duty-cycle applications. The pump's molded body helps protect it from damage due to bumps, abrasions, and contaminants, such as dirt and water. It has a built-in handle for carrying between locations. The pump has 3/8" National Pipe Taper (NPT) threaded input and output ports for connecting to a hose or gauge (sold separately). A pendant switch controls the motor and valves, and the switch has a 10-foot cord to allow the operator to control the pump from a distance. The pump has a 5-foot power cord, and the universal motor can be used with long extension cords or generator-driven power supplies.

Hydraulic pumps lift, bolt, or apply pressure to objects by pressurizing and moving hydraulic fluid. A hydraulic pump consists of a base, a reservoir that holds hydraulic fluid, and an operating mechanism, such as a handle or foot pedal, an electric motor, compressed air, or a gasoline engine. When the operating mechanism is activated, pressurized hydraulic fluid from the reservoir is delivered through an attached hose to a hydraulic cylinder. The pressurized hydraulic fluid in the cylinder lifts the cylinder’s piston, which in turn lifts the load. Hydraulic hand pumps are usually made of steel, or aluminum and nylon, and can be single-speed or two-speed. They are used in a wide range of applications, such as construction, manufacturing, and maintenance and repair applications in both industrial and home settings.
Enerpac manufactures industrial hydraulic equipment for lifting, workholding, and other applications, and provides integrated lifting solutions for bridge construction, mining, shipbuilding, and other industries. The company, founded in 1959, is headquartered in Menominee Falls, WI.
