Energy Release significantly smoothes rough metal surfaces by modifying the first few microns of the surface. This unique chemical process results in stronger and smoother metal parts. Engine Treat Rate: Add 2 fluid ounce per quart of oil. Subsequent applications: Add 1 fluid ounce per quart of oil.
