End Game

When two dysfunctional men with divergent backgrounds cross paths, their fates become inexplicably intertwined. They are thrust into a situation threatening the lives of an untold number of people. Dr. Butcher, a physician, depressed and suicidal since the untimely death of his wife, hits a disabled homeless man with his car.Their accident places them at the scene of a two million dollar armored car heist. Thwarting an attempt by thieves to eliminate witnesses, the two forge a bond after managing to escape, absconding with the money, and squirreling it away. They are pursued by a well armed ruthless gang who will stop at nothing to hunt them down to get their money back.The thieves reveal themselves to be a sleeper cell of al Qaeda terrorists bent on attacking the city of Los Angeles on the tenth anniversary of 9-11. An ill-equipped band of broken soldiers and mercenaries are forced to rely on each other and inherent skills when pressed into service to mitigate attacks against Americans on their own soil.
