This museum quality piece measures 8" x 10" in size and is highlighted by an authentic lock of Al Capone's hair and towel piece. This item includes extensive paperwork documenting the history and provenance of the artifact.. The item up for Bid is a 8"x10" custom matted elaborately "short lock"of Alphonse Capone's hair, comprising of several authentic strands of his hair with a piece of the towel used during haircut with an amazing digital photo of Capone along with an excellent Facsimile signature on a gallery presentation. Alphonse Capone Hair Lock with Towel Piece, cut from hair sessions with personal barber Lexington Hotel 1928-1930 Antonio Perconti, during one of many hair sessions provided at the hotel. From the hair sessions with Mr Capone he kept small clippings of her hair which he personally saved. These locks and Capones personally used towel were obtained with a signed letter from Mr Perconti certifying the hairs origin, on the 11th July 1930. Full documentation included.
