This compact unit helps you keep up with your customers yet still maintains a very affordable price. The 621CT produces delicious frozen yogurt, gelato, soft serve ice cream, sorbets, and Italian ice.
The 621CT has two 10.5 quart Hoppers and two stainless steel 2.2-quart capacity cylinders, to produce two flavors and one twist combination from this three-handle machine. The 621CT comes standard with a beautiful stainless steel mirrored enclosure. Nighttime mode allows keeping product overnight resulting in energy and product savings. The 621CT is available water-cooled or air-cooled
The 621CT boast a high quality Tecumseh 2HP compressor, which provides super reliable low temperature ability to -49 F. An auxiliary compressor maintains hopper mix under 41 F. Solid-state low level mix sensor alerts the operator when you need to add more mix to the hopper. We include an override switch to shut off the audible alarm.
An all digital display and microprocessor controls provides immediate insight into machine operations and an easy to use interface for changing configuration settings including: Draw counter allows viewing of servings used; Fine adjustments for off cycle mix frequency; and Precise adjustment of blending speeds.
