This Electrix 2010 BLK task light is a black, flexible lamp with a 2-3/4" clamp-on mount and an 8' cord and polarized plug for lighting work areas. It is made of steel for resistance to rust and impact and has a 45" segmented spring suspension arm for focusing light on a desired location. The 6" shade is ventilated for dissipating heat away from the lamp, and the internal reflector is baked-on white enamel for optimizing light output and evenly diffusing it over the work surface. The shade has an on/off switch on top of the lamp, a wire handle for safety when positioning the light, and the socket accepts a 14 watt fluorescent bulb (not included). This task light is Underwriters Laboratory (UL) listed and suitable for use in automotive and machinery applications, among others.
