This Eaton Weatherhead 3152X12 brass head plug is a pipe fitting with a hexagonal head and 3/4" National Pipe Taper (NPT) male threads for closing and terminating the end of a pipe. It inserts into female pipe and connects with NPT threads for creating a tighter seal than straight threads. It is made of CA-360 brass for resistance to corrosion, ductility at high temperatures, and low magnetic permeability. This plug has a hexagonal head for increased leverage during installation and disassembly with a wrench, and has a maximum working pressure of 1200 psi. This fitting is suitable for applications relating to fuel equipment, refrigeration and gas systems.
