Test completion alarm: Thermometer will repeatedly soft "beep" sound 3 times after completion if the result is in the normal range (under 37.50„ƒ or 99.50„‰).

Fever Alarm: If the thermometer repeatedly "beeps" 10 times it is alerting you of a fever with a measured temperature higher than 37.50„ƒ or 99.50„‰.

Product features a large blue backlight for better visibility, even in the dark.
