Then you can use the Easy Mincer to twist and mince the garlic for great fresh flavor. To use the peeler, put one or two cloves inside and roll the peeler along your hands or the countertop. When you take out the cloves, you'll find them perfectly peeled. Then put the cloves in the mincer and twist the container once or twice for larger chunks or keep twisting for finely crushed garlic. We suggest peeling the garlic first and halving large cloves to get the best results and really release the garlic flavors.
