ESD high temperature mat have two layers; the top one is a blue static dissipative rubber layer laminated to a black conductive rubber bottom layer. The resistance to ground is 8 x 1000000 to 8 x 100000000 and resistance point to point is 2 x 1000000 - 100000000. Service temperature is 200 degree F. These mat will withstand solvents, soldering iron deformation and are excellent abrasion resistant. Low outgassing and VOC makes it a preferred mat for cleanrooms and other controlled areas.The embossed surface reduces light glare and increases slip resistance. ESD high temperature mat are very light compared to our single layer and three layer mat. Applications: aerospace assembly, electronic manufacturing, electronic repairs, fiber optics, hospitals, medical assembly and soldering. Construction: static dissipative synthetic rubber laminated to a bottom layer of conductive rubber. Chemical resistance: These mat are resistant to degradation by inorganic acids, organic acids, reducing agents, detergent solutions, alcohols, aliphatic hydrocarbons, mineral oil, amines and aldehydes. Matte finish, non-embossed pattern, 0.080" +/- 10 percent. Tensile: greater-than 1000 psi. Elongation: 300 percent minimum. Hardness: 60 +/- 5, shore A. 1000000 to 100000000 ohm ESD properties, less-than 0.01 seconds 5KV to 50V charge decay time. 190 degree F temperature.
