ESD foam mats are made of two layers of PVC foam surrounded by a layer of conductive fleece to form an expanded static dissipative work surface. They are designed for use in front of computer keyboards and technicians working on static sensitive electronic components. Surface resistivity is 10000000 - 100000000. Temperature resistance to 160 degree F. Meets ASTM D412, D624, D2240 and ESD S4.1-1997 standards. Wrist strap and ground cord are not included. Aerospace assembly, computer operators, electronic manufacturing, electronic repairs, fiber optics, soldering workstations. Emboss pattern: Mat finish, non-embossed. Gauge: 0.375" +/- 0.010". Tensile: 100 lbs/sq in minimum. Density: 25lbs/cu ft nominal wear layer. Elongation: 100 percent minimum. Tear: 20 lbs/in minimum. Durometer: 70 +/- 5, Shore OO. Suggested service temperature: -20 to +160 degree F.
