ELISA Kit for Cysteine Rich Protein, Angiogenic Inducer 61 (CYR61) (ELISA Kit)
*Detection Range: 62.5-4000pg/mL The standard curve concentrations used for the ELISA's were 4000pg/mL, 2000pg/mL, 1000pg/mL, 500pg/mL, 250pg/mL, 125pg/mL, 62.5pg/mL; *Storage: For unopened kit, all the reagents should be kept according to the label on each vial. The Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and the 96-well strip plate should be stored at -20 degree C while others should be at 4 degree C.; *Accession#: NP_001017653.1; NM_001017653.1; *Description: Principle of the assay: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to CYR61. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to CYR61. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain CYR61, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of CYR61 in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
