ELISA Kit for Casein Kappa (CSN3) (ELISA Kit)
*Detection Range: 31.25-2000ng/mL The standard curve concentrations used for the ELISA's were 2000ng/mL, 1000ng/mL, 500ng/mL, 250ng/mL, 125ng/mL, 62.5ng/mL, 31.25ng/mL; *Storage: For unopened kit, all the reagents should be kept according to the label on each vial. The Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and the 96-well strip plate should be stored at -20 degree C while others should be at 4 degree C.; *Accession#: EAX05614.1; P07498; *Description: The test principle applied in this kit is Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Casein Kappa (CSN3). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Casein Kappa (CSN3). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Casein Kappa (CSN3), biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Casein Kappa (CSN3) in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
