Being four inches tall can have its drawbacks.

Life on Earth didn't exactly get off to a very good start - discovering how small you are compared to a human was bad enough, but getting trapped under someone's stairs for three years just added insult to injury.

Tom Foster is twelve years old and trying to be a normal almost-teenage kid surrounded by an upside-down family. For DIAL agent Ryland Cooper, the quest to find alien life on Earth was to take a giant leap forward.
And for Angel and her friends? They were to discover that life under the stairs was a haven of peace and tranquility compared to the events that followed. Losing Effie to the thoroughly-unpleasant Jason Grubb who saw the opportunity to make himself mega-bucks was hard enough to take. (Book One)
