When you place an order, please tell us your foot size by email. If the shoes still not fit, we will send you a new pair for free after confirmation.

2.When will I receive the shoes?
Usually, we will send shoes out within 5 days, and you will receive it about 5-10 days. But if you need it urgently, please contact us directly.

3.When will I receive reply after send you an e-mail?
