E.A.P. - The Untold Story takes you to a place many hope is true. Through the experiences of a lifelong fan of Elvis Presley, Aaron, 16, lives the real story. Aaron who a few years earlier lost his father to cancer, lives and works on the family farm with his Mom in rural Tennessee. While out doing one of his favorite things, fishing, he meets a man, a borderline hermit, who over time he befriends.
Turns out Aaron and his new friend Johnny have a great deal in common; they love to fish and they are both enormous Elvis fans.
Aaron loves to play his guitar and sing; when it comes to his Elvis impersonations there aren't many around that are better. But as good as he is, he refuses to ever sing in public; Aaron will only perform for family & friends, even then it's like pulling teeth.
Aaron, pushed by his friend Johnny challenges himself to enter an Elvis impersonation contest, at least once. Johnny is a kindred spirit who helps Aaron perfect his performance. He has detailed insight about Elvis that an ordinary fan would not know. He fascinates Aaron. But will Aaron really go through with it?
This is a coming of age story, but it is also much more. You will feel the love, the adventure, the respect and the challenges. And... you will find out if Elvis really did die that August day in 1977.
