Dwyer Series 166T Telescoping Stainless Steel Pitot Tube, 11.5 to 40.5" Range
The Dwyer 166T telescoping stainless steel pitot tube senses airflow velocity. The device is 11.5" in length when fully closed and is 40.5" when fully extended. Sections lock in place to ensure that the tip can be correctly aligned within the airstream. Stainless steel construction resists corrosion in harsh and damp environments. The hemispherical tip has a 1.0 flow coefficient and a 1/8" diameter. Pitot tubes are used with a manometer to measure the flow velocity of liquids and air. The tube includes a carrying case.
Dwyer Instruments manufactures measurement and control instruments, including pressure gauges, flow meters, level instrumentation, temperature instrumentation, and air quality monitors. The company, founded in 1931, is headquartered in Michigan City, IN.
