Drake Corrigan: The Life and Times of an Almost Ex Porn Star and Prostitute

Since I was a teenager, different people in my family have been telling me to write this book. I guess they saw that I had a gift before I did. As I write this, it€s June 10, 2013. I am a 27-year-old. Who writes their autobiography when they're 27? I often compare myself to other people when I think of this question. Who writes the story of their life when they're only 27? Then I think of my life. The things that I've been through. The places I've been. The people I've met and I realize that at 27 I have been through more, done more and seen more than most. This isn't to be boastful. Don't get me wrong. I won't lie and say I've never been arrogant, but it's the truth that I've had more experiences in my life then I feel I should have.
I will do my best to tell this story as accurately as I possibly can. So much of what I have been told about certain events and people in my family has been conflicting. Mostly when referring to my mother and father as well as my early years. He was a man loved by few and despised by many. She a schizophrenic alcoholic. Who€s to say where the truth begins and the lies end.
