Dispens-a-Matic BM16IIRW 16" Bottle-Matic-II Labeler/Applicator with Waste Winder

Dispens-a-Matic Original Bottle-Matic-II bottle labeler with waste winder enables the user to accurately label all kinds of cylindrical objects front and back by simply setting the desired gap on the BCD on the front of the machine all while neatly winding up the waste. Insert the container and tap the foot switch. Once the foot switch is activated the first label is applied, then the machine inserts a gap which was set with on the BCD, and immediately applies the second label. Most large wine bottles are labeled in less than 5 seconds, less for smaller ones. This allows the user to quickly remove the bottle and insert another to start the procedure again. Once a rhythm is established bottles are labeled very quickly. Loading is a "snap", just feed the labels between the dispensing tables then through the patented feed-roll assembly and "snap" into place. 16-inches Model for taller containers to 4-inches to 15-inches body height (Bottle neck can extend beyond machine). It can hold repetitive gap spacing to 1/16-inches or less on most containers. Holds 1/64th of an inch side-side accuracy on most containers. Able to handle most tapered containers by simply adjusting the idle roller position. Labels over 1000 pcs per hour with average dexterity. Side frames: laser-cut from the drawing quality steel then formed, countersunk, de burred, and inspected one at a time at our facility. Dispensing Tables: formed out of 6061-T6 Aluminum. The peel edge is hand milled to spec within 0.001-inches using a special hand-made cutting tool to get that perfect peeling edge needed to dispense labels without tearing the backing paper. Dispensing tables are polished with ultra-fine polishing compound so paper flows freely around the plate. Bottle-Matic-II uses Dual motors that are shaded pole AC, and made in the USA to our specifications. (No cheap 12V motors here).
