Diamondback Cobra 20 Kids Bike
It's funny how, as kids, we wanted to grow up so we could have the freedom to do whatever we wanted, yet as adults, we sometimes want to be kids again ... so we can have the freedom to do whatever we want. Ponder that if you'd like, but while you do, hook your kid up with the Diamondback Cobra 20 Kids Bike, so he can rip around the forest or the neighborhood with that blissful ignorance of the world many of us wish we could subscribe to once more. The Cobra is built up around a Diamondback hi-tensile steel frame, making it tough enough to tumble around the neighborhood or the trails all day. The suspension fork up front is there to help take the shock out of impacts, helping them maintain control over the trail's obstacles, not to mention, when dropping over curbs or landing off of the inevitable plywood jumps. And, because Diamondback hates the idea of the bike spending more time at the shop than out in the sun, it specs the Cobra with a fantastic blend of Shimano drivetrain parts to ensure reliability without constant maintenance. A simple 6-speed grip-shift system keeps them moving without being complicated, and the stout 36-spoke-hole wheelset wrapped in all-terrain tires will last through all the abuse they can muster. Lastly, the linear-pull alloy brakes with reach-adjust brake levers means precise, controlled braking. The Diamondback Cobra 20 Kids Bike is sized for youngsters between the approximate heights of 4'0" (122cm) and 4'7" (140cm). Please note that the bike comes almost fully built but needs some minor assembly and tuning out of the box, so we strongly recommend visiting a trusted local bike shop to give it a once-over before riding.
