IMPORTANT NOTE: It is essential for the user to approach the toilet safety rails from the front, instead of from the sides. If the user approaches the rail from the side, this may result in an uneven weight distribution, causing the rail to wobble. While the rails have been made to withstand the pressure and weight of the user, its design is really meant to allow the user to use the rails to safely lower themselves onto the commode in a straight down position.
