Daphne Blue Basswood Telecaster Style Guitar Body

A rare telecaster color to find as Daphne blue is only available on select models or as a custom color option from Fender. This body is a great choice for building a guitar different from the usual red, black, and white teles that you normally see.We are very selective when we source our wood and this particular selection of basswood has been working out excellent for us. Basswood is becoming more and more popular with many of today's popular guitar brands including Fender using it to build their guitars.This body is routed in a standard telecaster configuration and will fit all classic telecaster size pickups and also has all of the wiring holes routed. Very easy to rout the neck position for a humbucker pickup!We offer this body without any drilled holes so that you can get correct scale length and positioning depending on the other parts that you are using. If you need holes drilled to standard Fender spec. parts, we can drill the body for you right here in our Boston shop, check out the "body drilling" options above.Neck pockets are cut to a vintage correct 2-3/16" width and will fit most Fender brand necks. Body width is 1-11/16".
