DW Collector's Series Rush Icon Snare 14 x 6.5 in. Pewter Hardware

Honoring the greatest classic rock legends, the DW 6.5" x 14" Collector's Series Icon Neil Peart/Rush Snare Drum is intricately detailed- a true piece of musical art. It's very similar to the Time Machine snare drum in design, but this drum steps the craftsmanship up another notch.

Only 250 of these drums were ever made, and only 125 of those came to the USA! This Rush snare drum is #23.

Those colors and designs you see aren't simply a fancy paint job - each little part is actually a laser-cut, hand-inlayed piece of wood all covered with a high gloss lacquer finish. The vibe is accentuated with fully copper-plated hardware.

In the background, the wooden staves are made of padauk while the thin white and black stripes are white poplar and dyed black poplar respectively. The gear teeth around the lugs are walnut, the round sprockets are dyed orange m
