This is the thermal grease Intel currently uses on it's boxed heatsinks. Pre-applied, it's arranged in a 3 bar application from the factory. Package says Trade Secret Dimethyl, Methyldecyl Silexane. Several overclocking websites has rated this as the top cooling thermal paste even better then most of the Artic Silver brand grease.
