The DOD RX8W is an advanced rear-view mirror dash camera. Now upgraded with better optics, greater range of lens motion and an internal 5Hz GPS. The RX8W is now much thinner at 1 cm and is sure to delight users. Packed into this slim design is an upgraded TioTech A8+ processor, a 4.3" color display, GPS logger and advanced wide dynamic range. A built-in 5Hz GPS logger adds GPS speed and position logging to the unit. The RX8W records outstanding and clear high definition video. The high definition videos are captured by a Japanese 6-element glass lens and a large f/1.6 aperture, which allows the camera to capture more light for a clearer image. The lens can be better positioned as its range of motion has been increased by 60%.
